Our advertised prices include:

·  IVA / VAT 21%
·  Unlimited Mileage
·  24 Hour breakdown cover.
·  C.D.W Insurance, with or without bond for drivers of 22 years up to 80 years having held a driving license for a minimum of 2 years.

Insurance Exclusions:

·  Puncture, tyre damage or damage to wheel rims
·  Loss or damage of car keys
·  Refueling the vehicle with the incorrect fuel
·  The soft tops on cabrio model vehicles
·  Any traffic fines incurred
·  Reckless driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
·  Damage to the underside of the vehicle. The sill beneath the doors and the clutch is not covered by the insurance.

We will require the number of a credit or debit card at the start of the rental to cover any costs incurred.
If you don’t have any card we will request you an excess from 600 euros in cash.

Optional Insurance cover:

·  Optional Insurance cover tyres ,puncture, damage to wheel rims, key loss or damage and incorrect refuelling.
·  NO additional insurance is available to cover damage to soft tops, clutch, upholstery, sills, underside of any models, traffic fines, reckless driving under de influence of alcohol or drugs and vandalism.

 Fuel Policy:

·  The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered. if the car is returned with a lower level of fuel, the difference will be charged.

Deliveries to the Airport:

·  Deliveries to the airport are free from 8:30h to 21h

Extras:

·  Baby seats group 1 (from 9Kgs until 18kgs)
·  Booster cushions (from 15Kgs until 36Kgs)
·  Baby seats group 0 (newborn to 9 Kgs)
·  Deliveries and collections for flights between 21.00h and 9.00h incur a supplement.
·  Deliveries or collections outside the zones of Mahón, ES Castell or Sant LLuis incur a supplement.
·  Traffic fine management: 25€

 

Methods of Payment:

·  To confirm your reservation Island Cars Menorca require a deposit of 25% payable by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). The balance will be payable upon collection of the vehicle in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
·  If you require an invoice Island Cars Menorca will require the company name and details to be invoiced before arrival.

Discounts:

·  Island Cars Menorca offer special discounts to property owners and regular clientes of Island Cars Menorca, contact us for information.
·  Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts offered.

 Cancellation Policy:

. The cancellation is FREE before 3 days of the delivery date. If it’s later, we will not return the 25% in advance payed.

·  The makes and model of cars shown on our site are examples of groups only and may be substituted for other makes or models in the group reserved. No guarantees are available for make, model, colour, petrol or diesel engines.
